"Membangun Karir yang Berkelanjutan: memanfaatkan peluang melalui Beasiswa dan Networking"

SDjNusantara and Koperasi Konsumen Dikti Tiga Monas (LLDikti 3 Jakarta) successfully organized a webinar with the theme "Building Sustainable Careers: Harnessing Opportunities through Scholarships and Networking." The webinar aimed to provide deeper insights into the benefits of securing scholarships and pursuing S2/S3 studies, as well as the importance of building a professional network (networking) for a sustainable career.

Our dynamic collaboration kicked off with a warm welcome from Mr. Noviyanto, the Head of General Affairs at LLDIKTI Region III. He set the stage, highlighting the incredible partnership between SDjNusantara and Koperasi Konsumen Dikti Tiga Monas, and why this event was an absolute goldmine for the participants.

The event featured alumni scholarship recipients who have excelled both as academics and professionals. The first speaker, Mr Achmad Aditya, a Leiden University Ph.D. graduate, shared his journey of building a successful career in both the private and government sectors. He discussed the tangible advantages of advanced studies and emphasized the significance of networking for career development. The second speaker, a representative from SDjNusantara, shed light on the scholarship coaching programs offered by the company.

The webinar was a resounding success, attracting approximately 100 participants from various backgrounds across Indonesia, including students, educators, professionals, and civil servants. The interactive session was marked by numerous questions posed by participants, making the webinar engaging and vibrant. The participants expressed their hope for more such activities to inspire them toward successful academic pursuits and careers.
